To be frank, I was undeterred that they are might probably some prefectures that would have the intention to be self dependent.
Seeing this Great Tottori Empire decided to pursue their own way, there are also prefectures like Okinawa or Hokkaido probably have the same desire as well
By the way, its a relieve that nobody got killed or their life taken away from the youkai as its like a filler episode!!
